Great point, little sister. Boys, the women here are giving you valuable hints at how NOT to be with women, hope you're listening... it might improve your love lives (or give you one in the first place if you're just starting out).
That said, I think that woman is pretty, I would probably comment on her prettiness if I saw her out shopping or something, and I'm sure she doesn't cake lipstick on like that all the time (or at least I HOPE she doesn't).

In my life, I have had manners. I've been a pig. I've called a woman a POA to her face many times in different situations.
