Like every 6 weeks or so, or until my eyes start to feel dry (which is about after 6 weeks).

My current pair hasn't left my eyes for 3-4 months. They're about due to be changed though.

Have mine in for the last 4 months. I just put some eye drops in whenever it feels dry.

Do you guys find that when wind hits your eyes it'll get irritated easy? I dunno, but I'm still not used to it, especially when riding my bike I'll throw on some shades to help blow out the wind.

And what about swimming with the contacts exposed to water, or do you wear goggles?

I've had no issues with wind or water. I can open my eyes under water without fear of my contact falling out or anything. I love the night and days.

They are only approved for 30 days. I find that about the thirty day mark, my eyes start to get irritated too, so that's when I take them out. I've also noticed that they tend to build up a bunch of junk on them that doesn't come off in multipurpose, although I suppose protein remover would help; I'd say a new pair definetely looks clearer but I doubt anything bad is going to happen if you use the same pair again. You really should be taking them out at least once a month though.

In putting them in for the first time, I believe you're supposed to leave them in for a few days then take them out just to let your eyes get used to them.

In reguards to swimming, I've been fine wearing them, but then I always take them out before I go to sleep. I've had two eyes infections since I got them about two years ago, and both were from swimming and not taking them out.

30 days, or if my eyes get irritated before that I'll take them out for a night.

I really wouldn't be opening my eyes under water with contacts in. I got a pretty nasty eye infection back when I used to do that, and apparently I have a scar on my eye from it. I'm not sure whether it had anything to do with my contacts, but my eyes aren't really something I want to mess with.
