For the Network Admin's - need a reg hack

At work we are trying to close off all the "back doors" that our users have to browse within their computers. By using Poledit, Tweak and assorted reg hacks we have pretty much closed all the doors except one. The program folder on the start menu is empty, the application icons are directly on the start menu. The problem is we have eliminated the "right click" everywhere except on these icons, which allow the user to see the eventually get to browse through the system by the "find target" access.

Anyone know of a reg hack to completely remove the right click feature or remove the properties choice? The OS is Win98SE. Thanks for any help...

Sometimes I bring my own policy editor program with me to gain full access to a 98 machine in the computer lab, well, for academic reason only of course.

Of course --

As for a reg edit to close off the right click interface -- I wonder if there's some sort of script that you could conjure up to run when people log onto the domain. I don't restrict my users that much, so I don't know.
