Hi,

Does any one here use a ceramic paring knife?

I know they are very sharp but are they practical?

I use one and love it. It is extremely sharp and seems to stay that way.

The down side is that they can chip or break if struck or dropped.

I have a 3" paring knive and a 6.5" chef knife from Kyocera.
