For the first time I want to do my taxes early,

I got my w2 in for my Job at Papa John's, for some reason they only withheld 98 bucks for taxes?!!?!? WTF?!? I was going to end up owing the Gov't money - Luckiliy I worked for Gateway for a few months ealier this year so I will get a lot more back from them.

They have until the end of January, so tomorrow would be the deadline. Is there any chance Best Buy doesn't have your correct address?

I tried to do my taxes over a week ago but Oregon hasn't released their forms yet. TurboTax won't let me file until February 11th, H&R Block will let me do it now but wants to charge me $40 for the honor.

I guess I'm waiting until the 11th.

Papa John's should be withholding as much as you directed them to, so don't blame them! (unless you're an independent contractor for them and get a 1099)

If they don't send it to you buy the 31st, they can file for an extension.

Contact them if you do not have it by the end of the week.

Feds say that they have to send it to you by the end of Jan, however, there is no teeth if they do not.
