It's possible that these include a version of the frame limiting... but it's unclear if that feature is ennabled in Win7 or if it only exists for Win8.1 folks.

For anyone thinking of installing these:

Can you please do FRAPS/FCAT/etc capture of some apps, generate those percentile graphs, and then do it again after installing these drivers? Particularly on the "problematic" games (Hitman, Far Cry (3), etc). For both single and multiple cards.

FCAT isn't something that enthusiasts are going to have the hardware for. It's not just DL'ing some software and running benchmarks.

FCAT requires a special capture card, and the FRAPS method won't show the whole story.
