For that Dual Slot 2 Xeon board i might be getting...

I don't think you want to do that.. as I recall from past discussions about the SETI client and cache size, you really need at least a 1meg cache to really take advantage of the Xeon's capability. 😉

Someone correct me if this has changed.

How hard is it to ship to the UK? I'd sell you a couple 400MHz XEONs wiht 1MB cache and retension bracket cheap (sorry no fans). I don't want any of that funny money though...urrr...I mean pounds.😉

Also if anyone has a dual slot 2 board they would sel cheap I'd be willing to perk up an ear and listen.
 
If i get the board, it is being donated to the Beowulf. I was kinda hoping someone would take a look for a better price/CPUs and offer them up 🙂

But Baldy, if you want to donate them to the Beowulf if i get the m/b, then i'm sure it would be mucho appreciated by everyone! And the only reason i would get the board is if there is a pair of processors for it 🙂
