I get a kick out of the fact that they're limiting the offer to us Texans, but give you a drop down menu to choose what state you're from!! LOL

I guess the litter bag is to put the backing you've peeled off the bumper sticker, just before you stuck it to your pickup truck??

the drop down menu only gives me TX and nothing else.
