What version of Prime95 should I use? I passed 2 hours in OCCT but now I'd like to go overnight with Prime. I'm unsure which version and which test I should use.

System is freezing during Prime. No BSOD or restarts or shutdowns. It just freezes. Will bumping the vcore help?

It could, but it depends on what else is going on.

What is your power supply?

What is your overclock?

Have you memtest+ your memory

Can can tell us more about run setup? Clock speed, cooling method, memory clocks, etc. Voltage may or may not be the problem.

Power Supply is a Corsair HX750w

Overclock is 4.0Ghz (multiplier set to 40) at 1.18vcore

Have yet to run memtest, happened last night and I'm at work right now. System is listed below.

CPU: i5 3570k with 212 EVO Cooler
MOBO: GIGABYTE GA-Z77X-UD5H
RAM: 16GB (4x4GB) Corsair Vengeance
GPU: EVGA GTX 580 SC
HDD 60GB OCZ Vertex SSD, 500GB HDD
PSU: Corsair 750w

Would run a few passes of memtest. If you did the large FFT test, it was using some RAM, so there may be instability there.

RAM checked out okay. Bumped the vcore slightly and I'm running Prime again. Already got farther then last time I ran it. Going to leave it on overnight and see what happens. If my cores are currently in the low 70's temp wise, about how hot will they get for doing an overnight run? Will they get much hotter then they are now?

EDIT: Decided to give it some passes in LinX AVX version first before doing Prime overnight. Temps are 83 87 88 82 across the cores. How high should I let it go before getting concerned? Is it safe to let it go?
