Seems an aweful lot of trouble to upgrade this drive, gotta change or uninstall a lot of stuff before you can actually upgrade the drive. Think I will do it after my finals

I wasn't able to run the utility initially. I had to uninstall the Intel AA, but didn't disabled DMA or uninstall any burning apps and it worked.

I am having alot of trouble installing the new firmware. It seems everytime I try to install it, it reboots my computer. I have tryed everything listed on the sony support site. I even called support and the guy told me I had to call Asus and he had too many customers to talk to and did not have enough time for my call, what BS. Any help would be awesome.
