Hey Guys,

I'm directing this at Smilin and Stash due to their Microsoft expertise, but anybody else that has any ideas I'm all ears.

I'm currently using Outlook 2003, which has been working smoothly for months. Just this past weekend, the junk mail filter stopped working. I have it set to only deliver mail to my inbox from those on my safe list, but for whatever reason, every message is now delivered to my inbox, rather than the junk mail folder. It's possible it started happening once I installed the trial of Microsoft Expressions Web, so I'll try rolling back the system, but if that's not the case, I'd appreciate any ideas. All the latest updates for Windows and Office have been installed.

Thanks in advance,
Trevor

If you live in the US, this weekend was the time change. It caused lots of problems where I work, even with the timeclocks (especially with the timeclocks). Microsoft had a patch for the new DST settings, so there could possibly be an implication with that. That may or may not have anything to do with your problem, just food for thought.

Well, my computer clock updated smoothly. I can't imagine why a time change would affect Outlook's junk mail filter, but who knows.

I'm very flattered tdawg :)

Unfortunately I'm pretty much just a user when it comes to outlook. I do platforms (OS) and Live Communications Server / Office Communications server.

If stash or someone else doesn't have a fix, just PM me in the morning and I have something that can help :)

I'm pretty much in the same league as Smilin with the Office apps. I do Active Directory, PKI/smartcards, and other security and identity management stuff.

I think I know what Smilin has in mind though, so you should be able to get it fixed pretty soon.
