For Sale Thread Titles

I wish sellers could be encouraged to edit their FS titles when the items contained in their thread have sold or are otherwise changed. Significant amounts of time get wasted clicking on and reading threads in which the item in the title is no longer available, to the point where I feel looking for something there is most often a waste of time.

Part of the problem is perhaps knowledge of the "Advanced" function which is required to edit titles.
