dont you know people use ebay to funnel illegal money. They post illegal stuff like this and then send the money saying it was a transaction....hence not money laundering..

 
ummm why make something so conspicuous then, and I believe any transaction greater than $9 - 10,000 requires federal notification..? looks more like somebody just being goofy

Any CASH transaction over $10K requires notifaction of the feds, but if you walk into a car dealership & write a $30K check for a new car nobody will care.
