You want to sell Ballistic Missile submarines to the Chinese? I think generally items like that are broken up for scrap by US companies after reactors etc have been removed. Just the metal welding techniques on the hull might be classified. At some point however..the whole thing will probably end up in some Asian recycle . Now if you are talking about just selling them to the Chinese outright..that is just plain nuts.

Well, they are going to develop their own fleet anyway. May as well be the best and safest.
