I grew up an Army brat and had been to 15 different countries by the time I was 11 yo. We moved back to the US at the age of 12 and was station at Fort Gordon Augusta, GA (I live in Alaska now). Ever since getting back, I can't stand traveling anywhere. It's not the flying or driving that bothers me, it's something else that always makes me feel uncomfortable. I can't put my finger on it...
Anyway, I've been thinking about it lately and I'm actually feeling like I "want" to travel to the UK. Dunno why really... I just want to.
If I were to live anywhere other than the US, it would be either Canada or the UK. I've seen pretty much everwhere else and those are really the only ones that I think I'd feel comfortable.
Anyone recommend some good places to visit in UK? I probably won't be visiting anytime soon as I'm in school, but it's a possibilty once I graduate.
