For no foreign transaction fee cards, do Visa and Mastercard calculate differently?

I have a Visa and Mastercard credit cards that both offer no foreign transaction fees. I put a charge on both cards on different dates (several days apart). The amount on the Visa was twice as much as the Mastercard in Euros. Comparing the XE.com rate to the effective actual rate charged on the cards, I got the following:

Card / Actual Rate (1 USD to EUR) / XE.com rate (1 USD to EUR)
---------------------------------------------------------------------------

Visa / 0.884105 / 0.89425

Mastercard / 0.9110986 / 0.91191

It's not much dent on smaller amounts, but for a few hundred bucks, that's like getting an additional couple dollar charges compared to a couple cents.

Has anyone else noticed this on their no transaction fee card?
