I have a Sound Blaster Live! Value card (version CT4832)

I believe it has:
1)a Digital DIN output jack
2)an analog jack for the FRONT speakers
3)an analog jack for the REAR speakers

What cables do I need and how do I hook it up so I get usage of at least 4 speakers
