Well, that gets you around 3+ GHz w/ that RAM at least. The Buffalo Firestix DDR2-800 kit is on sale for $190 at the egg though, & those use far superior Micron D9GMH. And i'd recommend the P5N-E SLI or P5B-E rev. 1.02G instead over the DS3...
