For Memory, Is DDR2 667 the same as DDR2 675

How about some more info about why you are ordering, & for what system, etc?

I am thinking about getting an e4300, a DS3, & some Corsair XMS2 DDR2 675 memory (2 gigs of it)

Well, that gets you around 3+ GHz w/ that RAM at least.

The Buffalo Firestix DDR2-800 kit is on sale for $190 at the egg though, & those use far superior Micron D9GMH.

And i'd recommend the P5N-E SLI or P5B-E rev. 1.02G instead over the DS3...
