For internal termite inspections, do they inspect every room in the house?

I've just been notified that my condo has a mandatory annual termite inspection for all the units and I want to know how intrusive this inspection will be. Do they inspect every room? Also, would they think that I'm a weird person? I live alone in a 3 bedroom townhouse style unit but I have 7 computers. I have no pictures or other decorations in my house.

daaaaaamn! You are wierd. Decorate your home and install some hot and cold running women, dude. Get a life.

Yes, you are wierd, but not THAT wierd, and they really don't give a crap anyway. My fiancees develops pictures for a living, After a couple weeks on the job, you really don't give a crap how wierd the pictures are anymore, you jsut develop them and move on to the next roll. I'm sure people inspecting houses for termites are the same way.

You shouldn't feel weird about your living situation. However, you might want to clean up some of your extension cords that are running across the floor so that none of the inspectors trip over them and sue you. 😉

Yay! It's over! The guy came and inspected my condo. It wasn't that intrusive at all. He only inspected the basement. So he only saw my 2 computers there. He didn't go into my bedroom and see the 3 computers I have there or my study room to see my other 2 computers there.

So, from his perspective, he only saw 2 computers. I didn't need to have spent all this time to clean up my bathroom, bedroom, study room, living room and kitchen. But that's okay -- it was getting real messy with all the unopened boxes lying on the floor and stuff... it was good incentive to get me started on cleaning up and organizing my junk... 🙂
