for htpc, got leadtek dlx card, worth gettin aiw?

thinkin about the 9600aiw (~$250) for the htpc, already got the leadtek dlx tv tuner card

reason for the 9600 is it got the remote wonder, fast enough for games and frankly hard
to find the 8500aiw cheap any more.........

hopefully noise won't be an issue w/ this card, my ti4200 is whirring like a chopper

Go read around in their HTPC section and see what they are running. Most don't use AIW cards.
