My upstairs neighbor is white trash. He has little white trashlet children. They live in another city with momma trash.

His two trashlets have been here since before Christmas and they are still here.

His two kids = the sound of a herd of elephants tramping triumphantly through a tin and steel ornament shop.

You hear them running...running...*BAM* something heavy falls....*CRASH*...glass breaking....children crying...then more running.

They should be back in school already, no? They are 6 and 9 years old, BTW.

*EDIT Monday, 8 Jan 07*

I'd just like to report back. Those of you that said "They'll go back Monday" were 100% correct. Thank God...or the school schedule...or voodoo...whatever worked.

The difference is so tangible...so palpable...it's like the difference between having a blender on "puree" filled with lead shot strapped to your head, and lying in a hammock strapped b/t two huge Oaks, in the middle of the woods, with nobody else within 100 miles.

Really. :Q

The White Trashlets are gone. And I know my neighbor is moving out in a month. This is a happy day.

/sheds a tear

*sniffle* Thank you, ATOT.

Wouldn't surprise me; I know he says he's ADD and takes Ritalin or something. He leaves them alone for hours whilst he and his wife (not the trashlet's momma trash) go out shopping.

It's the 8th of this month for students in Central Cal. Not sure what it is for other areas.

OK...so I can reasonably hope they go home soon. Like now. :| I swear, it sounds like they bowl indoors...while wearing roller skates.

Trashlets.

Momma Trash will probably pick them up over the weekend, I second the guess of school on the 8th.

I would think the should be back. Most schools went back on the 2nd or 3rd.

I'm going to give him a few days; if the kids are still here, I'm going to anonymously tip their school as to their whereabouts.

Frankly, I could care less if they grow up to be Facility Maintenance Specialists...I just want them out of the building and my ears.

We came back today for school.

Are you in grade school? :Q Don't you have to be 13 or something to sign up here?

You've never heard of high school/secondary school? :Q

Of course I have. But my OP stated "For grade school students." Do they still teach reading comprehension in high school these days? :D
