LOL... The before and after pictures are funny. What is the point of comparing unflexed to flexed, before workout after. Hell, I look totally different right after I work out.

Why do people always shave once they go from fat to ripped??? Is there some law that says skinny people can't have bodily hair?

His progress has basically stagnated over the page 6 months or so, based on those pictures, but that isn't surprising. His initial progress was remarkable, but it will be interesting to who how well he maintains his motivation. I find a lot of people when they start working out don't realize that there will come a time when you can spend seemingly months working out without any real progress, and it's easy to lose motivation at that point.

Oh it is possible, you just gotta make the lifestyle change. I started my change about 4 months ago. I have lost ~30lbs of fat and ~11% Body Fat and gained ~12lbs of muscle.

Edit: I better clarify how I got those numbers... At a local fitness center that has a BodPod that measures your total body mass.

whats weird is that the shape of his ears change, as well the location of the ears on the head (look at the side profile closely.) how did that happen?!
