For ebay: is there a way to block bidders on your item unless they have like 10 positive feedback?

Just make your auction buy-it-now, requiring instant payment via Paypal-- it keeps the spammers, shillers, and tire-kickers away...

They basically ignore your shipping and payment requirements and try to get you to ship your item urgently to their "daughter" or some such in some foreign nation.

You can be sure you'll never get your money from them.

Oh, so they shill bid to get the seller excited about the high price and then try to con them into shipping first? That sucks, but how do all the power sellers on ebay deal with it?
