For DSLR camera owners: anybody use any of these?

I am considering replacing my XT's 18-55 kit lens with one of these eventually, to use as an "all-around" lens with a little more reach. Any reason to pick one over the others? Right now I'm leaning toward one of the two sigmas.

Sigma 18-125

Sigma 18-200

Tamron 18-200

Prices are all pretty similar; the 18-125 goes for around $300 according to pricegrabber; the two 18-200 go for $400.

I have a Tamron 80-210 that I use with my Contax 35mm SLR. It's probably 20 years old but if it's any indication of Tamron's quality today, I would definitely recommend the Tamron.

I'd probably say the Sigma 18-200. It's F3.5 like the other two and weighs more than the Tamron (Probably more glass which is a good thing)

More glass is no substitute for good glass. My Tamron comes closer to my Zeiss lenses than anything else I've used.

Excessive glass just darkens the picture more.

Actually in this case, the sigma is a bit faster, at least on the long end (5.6 vs. 6.3). I am also leaning toward that one based on the 18-125's good reputation.
