Has anyone experienced a problem getting credit for completed candidates that you've uploaded? Last night, around 11pm, I logged onto the net and uploaded about 91 completed candidates. As of this moment, I have yet to receive credit for them. This is not the first time this has happened. I just started doing D2OL last Friday, not a TeAm member yet but will be soon, and I figure I've lost about 150 or so completed candidates. :( :| This is only happening with my machine that has a dial-up connection where I dial-in every 12 hours. My machines with permanent connection don't have this problem. Does anyone have any ideas?

What are the node numbers? You can post a message at the D2OL forums and Ken will look into it. As to why I have no idea, except right at that time thier servers were acting up. You may have credit and just dont see it at this time. Go to the site and login in and view your nodes and see which nodes have what for credits. You will see a most up to date record there while logged in directly to your account.

The node number in question is 12227. I've already checked that nodes individual states, and it's showing 110. If last nights upload was counted it would be 201. Thanks for the info, and btw, I just fixed the problem about not being a current TeAm member.

I just checked and the public forum shows that node at 140. It may be possible that when the servers were acting up that they were showing more completions than actual completed. If your count doesnt match the servers your machine will be updated. If the count was incorrect when you last connected the incorrect amount would have shown on your machine, and when you made the dump the count recorrected. Otherwise you may have lost some in the server rebuild. I think a lot of cands went unaccountable last weekend. I also think many machines were showing a lot more completions than actual at times as well. Try doing a nightly dump for a while and see what happens. If you still have the problems submit it to Ken at the D2OL forum and he can correct your count.

The 140 that you saw was the result of another upload I made a 7pm. I just did another upload about 20 minutes ago, and I lost several in the process. According to my stats.prp file I'm missing about 172 completed candidates in the past 4 days just off this node. This seems to be a problem that several people are having, as there is an ongoing thread over at D2OL's forum regarding this topic. You can read about it HERE.

BTW MasterTech, I just noticed that you and I joined the forum at the same time. I was actually a member well before Nov 1999, but all member information was lost when they did the forum conversion that year.
