1. What % of Isopropyl alcohol do I need and 2. Where can I get 99%? Is 99% needed? I'm having difficulty in getting 99%. I asked the lady at longs and she told me that people like me were using it for computer stuff and it became so popular that they stopped selling it, like WTF!?
 
Yes and for optical things like the laser lense. This stuff can be used to clean windows for example, right? Like a camera lense?

i think 93% is about the highest percentage you can reliably get. higher stuff starts sucking water into the bottle
