for ultra-low cost systems with no PCI-e or AGP slots for video card upgrades (read: DELL $300 pc's) - would an Ageia PhysX card be a viable upgrade for the onboard video?

This Geforce 6200 is the best you're going to get if you only have PCI, but it's still not going to run games really well, if that's what you're talking about. It probably wouldn't do much better for 3d rendering, either.

the 6200 should work well.... it's more for compatability for games, not so much running them at 80fps
