If you have tried changing the ht multiplier to 5, how much hast that limited your overclocks? I am thinking the 220 limit on the k8n-e could be because it is factory set at 5 (just a guess), as we cant change it or see it, it is possible, and if you get similar issues when upping it to 5, it would be helpful, as i could then forward that to asus and maybe get this fixed.
