:disgust:This is a heads up for those of you that are emailing tech support. If you are going to send in a message please disregard the reply from Jerry G. This is AT&T's way of getting back to you in a timely manner by automating the response. Those of you that know what I'm talking about, also know that (99.9% of the time) the response has absolutely nothing to do with your question/issue/concern. Consequently, you (the customer) gets pissed off due to your issue not being addressed. On a side note, it seems that AT&T refuses to remove the automated response further aggravating their customers. If you do receive the automated response, just ignore it & reply back with the original question. Lastly, forget about taking out on the agent (they are not responsible), as the automated response is computer generated. Trust me, I work in the tech support field & the agents want nothing more than to resolve your issue once & once only. We don't want to be your friends, pals, or teachers. We just want to address your issue & not waste your time or our time & get you on your way.
