for anyone that owns an antec notebook cooler..

i recently purchased an antec notebook computer from bestbuy. when i plugged the cooler into my laptop's usb port, only the fan on the left side spun. are both fans suppose to spin? i tried moving the setting from low to high, only the left fan seems to move.

for anyone that owns this, is this how the product is suppose to function? or do i have a defective model?
