Well, it kinda affects me as its mid-morning here, but I already know about forums1, so i'm able to post (obviously)

I have always used forums3.anandtech anyway, so I didnt really notice

edit: I so cant spell at 3 am!

Well I thought the outtage was only during "American-Night-time", so they could read it in the morning
