Thanks for the correction. I've read about a survey where it turns out the Spaniards get the fewest time to sleep of all Europeans, because of their daily routine.

Netherlands here:

I have variable work hours, come in between 7:00 and 10:30 leave between
16:15 and 18:45

As long as I stay within +10 or -10 hours over a months period it's ok.

total (contract) hours per week 38.75
vacation days 27.50

"normal" working hours are between 8:00-9:00 until 17:00-18:00, retail normally closes at 18:00
