The RIAA is wasting their time and money. It's like trying to sue people who own vcr's and are taping programs. Good luck.

Indeed , VERY different.
There is a surcharge built into Blank tape, that feeds a fund that gets distributed amongst the top echelon of royalty recipients. For music tapes it goes to artists for Video tape, it goes to the studios.
