For all those people who thought working out didn't pay off....

I went to the doctor today, and my doctor told me that the reason I've been feeling like crap is because my blood pressure is TOO LOW. He cut my medicine, and said all of this is because I work out every day, have been eating right, have dropped my cholestoral 50 points, and lost 40 pounds.

People who have health problems... lose weight. IT REALLY helps (not guaranteed, but it helps!)

Out celebrating with a

i exercise pretty much everyday except sunday (alternating days of weights and cardio) and take no meds and still feel like crap so i'm fairly certain it's the lack of sex.

Huh? I don't quite understand what you're saying... that you've been feeling like crap because your blood pressure is too low? I have chronic low blood pressure, but my doc says they usually don't treat that, because those with low blood pressure generally have less health problems and live longer than others. It's a pain in certain areas though, my hands and feet get cold easily, when i move quickly from a resting position, i often get light headed... and the worst thing, if i get really active during sex, i can lose the erection... but all those are liveable, especially if it means i'm going to have less serious complications than those with high blood pressure.

The doc isnt treating his low BP. He just took him off the meds because they were no longer needed. Why be low when you dont have to be.
