I, like many other comcast users, have been having some serious trouble with staying connected. Well finally they sent someone out, after persistantly telling me there were no outages, and apparently it's not just crappy service. They changed the way they sent the signal in the last month or two and that has caused many previously working and strong lines to become weak and constantly disconnect. So if you are having problems, call them up and have someone come out and look at your lines. They are just going to dig up the line coming to the house and replace it with a new, thicker line. Just thought this might help the many users who are frusterated with all the problems.
