For all Budget Conscious System Builders/Aspiring Overclockers

So what do people think of the budget oriented n650 chipset brought to us by Nvidia? The N680i is absolutely insane and chockful of features but does anyone have enough insight and enough balls to call the n650 an "n680 killer"?

Just curious as to whether users of a mobo using that paritcular budget chipset are encountering easy overclockability as well as decent overclocking experiences.

Hmmm, looks okay. I'm still waiting for the E4300/4400 to be available and cheap (as in second quarter 2007) before I make the plunge. Hopefully RAM prices will go down again by then.

Newegg reviews are mostly positive for the only one they carry (Asus for $130). Someone got 504MHz FSB out of it. The higher multiplier of the E4400 chip means that people can possibly get away with even cheaper boards that may not hit super high FSB. Dunno, we'll see in 4-6 months.
