For Abit IS7 which is better HyperX ram?

I've got a choice between either 2, 256meg pc3500 Kingston HyperX that came 2.6v
or another 2 that came 2.5v

Which one would be the best for me to keep for an Abit IS7 + 2.4c if i plan on OCing hte sucker to death?
