Certified Black Belt REQUIRED , Master Black Certification preferred. ASQ Certified Quality Engineer and/or Certified Reliability Engineer a plus. Skills/Experience:5-10 years of job related experience. Candidate must have experience in doing process work in non-manufacturing areas, particularly in HR, IM or New Business Development and should be comfortable using Lean techniques in this type of process.Responsibilities:Lead the use of the Six Sigma, Design Excellence and Lean tools to support the Breakthrough goals in HR, IM and New Business Development. Support Deployment Champions on project selection, scope, definition, and reviews to ensure alignment with and maximum impact on the HR, IM and NBD Breakthrough performance goals. Su! pport Black Belt teams in applying the PE methodology to key projects. Provide direct and succinct feedback to Deployment Champions and Black/Green Belts about project performance. Promote culture change by sharing best practices for introducing, driving and sustaining PE in a Business Unit or function. Develop supporting training materials as maybe necessary to foster knowledge transfer during training. Collaborate with other PE MBB's on development of materials, programs of study and additional services if desired both inside and outside of Johnson & Johnson
