I just bought my 60 gb 7200 rpm.. my old one was 5400 rpm, much better than my 4200 rpm. I would go for speed.. but unless its a primary machine.. i go for storage

it's my laptop.. I have a 200gb in my desktop I use for apps mp3's xbox related, etc.

If you have a desktop for storage, there isn't much need for a large storage on your laptop. Get the faster drive.
