Thanks ,

Go with FOP38, it's loud, but you can still live with it. I have a FOP38 on T-bird. Between 32 and 38, my cpu runs 5-6c cooler with 38.

Just an FYI for the people that don't know they are the same heatsink, different fans.

Plycon

"Some people ask us about stocking the FOP-38 Globalwin cooler. FYI - the FOP38 is simply this heatsink with a Delta 60mm fan placed on it instead of the YS Tech 60mm. It does improve cooling performance dramatically... but at a much higher noise level. We offer the Delta 60mm fan by itself if you would like to modify your FOP32-1 in our fan section. "

Just make sure if you buy/add the 7K RPM 60mm fan (Ys Tech?), that turns your FOP32-1 into a 38, that you also include a chrome wire grill guard with the fan as it is also a finger eater......................
It's a good idea w/the FOP32-1 also........!

The FOP-32 kicks ass, Im running it on a O/C Duron. I bought a FOP-38 Fan only from someone here for $5.00 incase I wanted better cooling. The heatsinks are the same on both. But the FOP-32 is running great and isnt loud at all! So Im keeping the FOP-32 attached.

If you don't mind the noise of the FOP38, then go with it. If you don't want a loud computer, then go with the FOP32-1. You would end up paying just a few dollars more for the FOP38, but you would be getting a few degrees C cooler with it. It all depends on what you will be doing with your processor, if you will be creating so much heat that you need the few degrees more of cooling.
