FOP32-1 vs. OEM cooling fan? Help me out here.

I've been out of the Hardware Loop for awhile. Prolly gonna order the stuff for my new XP-based rig. Abit KR7A-R/XP 1700. I'm wondering whether or not to spend the extra few bucks to get the OEM fan. If not, I'll be using the lapped FOP32-1 I'm currently using on my KT7/1Ghz TBird rig.

I do not want to buy another "performance" HSF. I have one already. Should I use the FOP or the OEM? I would lap the OEM, if that makes any diff at all.
