FOP32-1 or Cooler Master DP5-6I11A?

I went to the AMD XPP thingy in Chicago this week and won one of the MB/CPU/HSF combos they were giving away. It came with a Cooler Master DP5-6I11A HSF. I currently have an FOP32-1 on my Celery2 566@875. I modded the FOP with an 80MM fan that is quieter than the standard 60MM fan on the FOP32-1 and also dropped my CPU temps about 2-3 degrees F.

Question is which one should I use on the AthlonXP 1800?

I can't seem to find anything on this particular Cooler Master HSF, aside from it being AMD recommended. I'm thinking go with the modded FOP, but I'm not sure. I don't want to have to switch out the HSF after I mount it to the board. I have an SX1030 case and re-installing the HSF after the board is mounted is a PITA. I'm also up for mounting the 80MM fan I have on the FOP now onto the other HS.

Suggestions?

I would just go with the Cooler Master since it is AMD recommended. It would probably void your warranty if you use your other one. Besides I only like to use new parts in my PCs.
