FOP 38 vs FOP 32-1

I just converted the FOP 38 from 12 volts to 7 volts and stopped the hairdryer in my box. I thought that the temp at idle would be higher - BUT ITS THE SAME - this is excellent. I can only assume the Delta fan on the FOP38 is a complete waste of time when a regular fan suffices.

did you try taking the temps while stressing the cpu?
