Football on TV question

Is there anyway for me to guarantee that I can view every Eagles game at my home this season? I can't get DirecTV because I just signed up for Dish Network a month ago (I didn't think about football until it was too late). I live in Virginia, so I can't get the Philly broadcasts OTA. Is it possible to somehow add the channel that Philly shows the game on to my lineup? Is there something else I can do?

Now that I think about it, the Dish Network guy said he'd send me the contract to sign, but never did. I wonder if I can get out of paying the $240 termination fee?

I have a 2 year contract which I never actually signed. Dish guy said he'd send it to me to sign and never did.
