Is there a site out there with a quick, simple list of which college teams are favored each week? That just say " Ok St. over Arizona", instead of some big confusing chart with over unders and -14.5 and +7 nonsense that means nothing to a layman?

We have a weekly pickem at my work where we get double points for non-favored teams, and I need something to reference

the -14.5 and +7 nonsense tells you how favored a team is. If one team is -20, they are much more likely to win than a team that is -2. I can't imagine that information isn't valuable to you. Just take a few minutes and learn how it works

It's confusing because it doesn't say which team it's referring to

I can tell that one team is favored by 4, but it doesn't say which, and theres no guide

How is over-under confusing? It's basic math.

The problem is that it's considered so basic that it's never explained anywhere. I've never paid attention to betting of any kind so I'm not familiar with the terminology. I know that an over-under refers to the expected total number of points that will be scored, and then there's another number that says how much a team is favored by, but like OP I don't know what the pluses and minuses refer to.

In the example you posted, Louisville is favored by 4. Read it from left to right, with the visiting team on the left and the home team on the right. Visitors -4 home = the visitors are expected to score 4 points fewer than the home team.

If only one number is given, it refers to the home team.
