i'd like to try bbq bear meat..
hmm. gator is one of my favorite "exotic" meats.
rattlesnake isn't all that great imo..
i'd really like to try some tennessee bearmeat though.

Shark is ok.

Frogs legs (someone else posted this) are surprisingly good.

One thing I ate that I wish to uneat is some soupy goats blood thing.

I've also goat brain, eyeball, etc.

Cow tongue tacos = yum
 
I'd like to try more French food. Sure, I've had the common types of their foods, but I haven't had a full dinner. I'd like to see if it lives up to the claim as being the best in the world.
