I got another 4-5 pieces of ribeye steak to eat. NO STEAK RECOMMENDATIONS PLEASE. Actually gonna grill another steak in about an hour haha.

But yeah, anything else? Already did rib-eye cheesesteaks which are RIDICULOUS, but what else is there? Broccoli beef using ribeye?

Ribeye Cheesesteaks
1pound ribeye, frozen
1 large french style baughette
Swiss cheese or whatever you prefer
Onions, Mushrooms, whatever else you want

Slice steak when frozen (far easier then when thawed), sautee onions and mushrooms, cook steak, put it all in the baughette, and enjoy the ridiculousness.

1. Bring steaks to room tempature.
2. Cover both sides in liberal amount of fresh black papper coarsely crushed
3. Put on cast iron skillet on high for 1min per side.
4. Put in 500 degree oven for 2 min per side.
5. Remove from heat, wait 5 min
6. Consume.

cook it anyway you would cook beef. While steak is the typical way, you could stirfry it, make stew with it, etc...

Yes, I asked for non-steak recipes, as I had this last week :) I actually really like Montreal Steak Seasoning, except with USDA prime, in which case I only use olive oil + salt/pepper.

I'm not sure what you consider a non-steak recipe since you are using Ribeye steaks, but you could go with a steak&cheese sub.

You asked for no steak reccomendations, I thought that meant don't reccomend a different kind of steak than ribeye.

Have you tried it with some bleu cheese stuffed inside and a gravy made after searing in a pan? Yes it's still a "steak" recipe, but it's damn tasty and a must try if you haven't yet.

How about a carpaccio?

So wrong. So very, very wrong.

If you want to get creative and muck up a good steak:

Sear steaks in a pan, remove
Add touch of red wine to deglaze, reduce heat to medium
Add little butter (watch your temp, should not sizzle)
Simmer shallots in reduction, turn up temp, don't burn them
Toss in mushrooms, temp should be medium-high by then. Toss/sautee, watch your temp
Once shrooms are tender reduce heat, toss in table spoon of your favorite dijon mustard. mix, stir in copious amout of butter, combine, stir in 1/2 cup cream.

Pour sauce into another sauce pan to keep warm, finish cooking steaks in pan. Serve.
