Food

Alright.. As I said in a earlier thread I'm trying to tone up a little and loose a little extra pounds so I'm on a diet (5'11/185). Heres what I had to eat today so far:

Morning: Egg Whites
Lunch: Chicken Breast
Dinner: Two Lean Turkey Sandwitches w/Fat Free Mayo & Fat Free Cheese & 1 Yogurt Cup
Snacks: Carrots, Celery, Bananna
To Drink: Skim Milk, Water

Hows that look?
 
Nasty... you could up the exercise and watch what you eat less (and eat less of it), which is the only way to go about it as far as I'm concerned.
