Drinking water only helps too, no empty calories.

(Beer still tastes a hell of a lot better though)

I second that. I never drank much milk in the past, and recently changed my diet to be more healthy. I just listen to how my body reacts when I eat something, and drinking milk was messing up my stomach, it may not be the case for you. I have a healthy friend who drinks ½ a gallon of it a day, but it's not for me.

I was drinking soda like mad after this summer and treid to stop but found i needed it cuz i wasn't eating right. That changed when I started eating my oats. I cook 1 bowl of quick oats in the morning and i can go on water all day without getting tired. If I don't gte my oats, I'm all messed up. I put honey and raisins in it. Honey is very good for you, natural sugars, coats your stomach, and research comes out every day about how good honey is for some medical uses.

No one can survive on water alone. Just eat less carbs, more vegetables and fruits, and plenty of protein.
As long as you don't have bad genes, you should be okay for awhile.

after a couple months of it, she saw a tray of brownies and ate half a dozen of them.

all things in moderation, dont give up the good stuff entirely :)

The very best food: moderation - everything causes cancer and everything fights cancer. Don't eat too many rocks, but don't avoid eating rocks and you will live a happy healthy life.

he never said it was "unhealthy" he said he didn't believe milk was healthy for you. there is a difference.

while drinking milk wont hurt you (unless lactose intolerant) its not exactly good for you either.

Drugs are apparently bad for you even in moderation.

Depends, a lot of them have medical uses also. I consider taking the correct dosage, as perscribed by a medical doctor, to be moderate use.

Are you ill now?

Are you trying to lose weight? If so, eat less and do more work.

Fat\gm 9 Calories
Protein and Carbohydrates\gm 4 Calories

To lose a pound you have to burn about 3500 Calories
Running, walking, jogging a mile burns about 100 Calories.

skim milk is pretty healthy I usually get 2-3 skim milks with dinner. To bad it tastes like watered down milk. W/cottage cheese and fruit.

cottage cheese is a great source of protien. I prefer the lowfat to the fat free because there's not as much sodium, and it doesn't taste as much like paper
