I like to boil frozen boneless/skinless chicken breasts in a mixture of water, olive oil (just a couple T-spoons), soy sauce, fresh chopped ginger root and chopped garlic, touch of white wine and some balsamic vinegar for about 1/2 hour. Cut it in thin strips after cooked and toss with stir fry veggies and serve over rice with potstickers and soy sauce for dipping and fried noodles.
Maybe I'll whip that up for dinner tonight. Yummy.
Edit-mixture must cover or almost comletely cover chicken breasts.
